新买的CX CAS无法充电

在美国买的CX-CAS.亚马逊上买的。拿回来冲了好几个小时的电，还是百分之0.主要是一点都没冲进去，拔掉电源就自动关机，再开根本开不了。。各种方法都试了，都不行。。。怎么回事呢。。

[size=1.167em]Press the Reset button, and:

• Hold the the following keys at boot time: Esc+Menu+Minus
• This brings the diagnostics menu. Choose the option to run the battery tests.
• Plug the TI-Nspire to a computer
• Wait for the battery to reach a level of 30%
• Exit the diags tool, and try to open the maintenance menu and follow the procedure above (“The TI-Nspire CX falls into a reboot loop”).
