TIGCC出错退出怎么解决？

我在使用TICGG.IDE时, 点开TOOL菜单, 里面只有一项:配置,再点它时, 就会出错,退出软件, 请问是什么原因?我用的是VISTA操作系统

本论坛对于ti，除了用ns的人多一点，84次之，其他估计没有了……
所以LZ不用抱希望了……

We have received several reports about GCC being unable to locate header files under Window$ Vi$ta. While the exact cause of this issue is still not known, it has been confirmed to us that disabling User Account Control (UAC) fixes it. Therefore, we recommend following the instructions on Wikipedia to disable UAC. You will also need the GCC.EXE and IDE.EXE updates from the previous news item.
