为什么cx-cas无法替换boot2，提示I/O error？

系统是3.9.1.38，装了ndless后想用军刀刷3.1.0.16的boot2，结果显示I/O error，是什么问题？
能不剔除防降级后刷 OS 3.1.0.392？
