"BOOT1: 1.1.8916 BOOT2: 1.1.8981" is a normal display for both prototype and production TI-Nspire ClickPad.
And it says nothing about the installed OS.

To my surprise，the Prototype OS2.0 does not have Anti downgrade measures，So I esaily back to Prototype OS1.9.
I have a question，can the TI-XXXXXXXXXXX Install CAS？

There are several ways to install a CAS OS on your prototype :
- install the Nlaunchy OS launcher which doesn't check the calculator CAS/non-CAS type before launching the OS
- mod your Flash model ID from TI-Nspire to TI-Nspire CAS using nsNandMgr

In both cases, you can only install OS versions up to 3.3. Versions 3.6 and newer are going to freeze on startup on this prototype.
